DSAJ Cupcakes

I had the pleasure of making 10 dozen cupcakes for the Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville's Christmas Social. I was very excited that I would be able to do something so humbling. I am very proud of these cupcakes and I hope that I will be able to make them next year also.

Wheelin Birthday

This year after doing many different themes for my fiance I decided on a fourwheeling theme. The cake is red velvet, the frosting is cream cheese dyed blue and green with Wilton cake dye. The brown sand is light brown sugar. The "mud" I mixed one one Snak Pak pudding cup with about 8 crunched up oreo's minus the inside frosting. The best way that I found to do this was using the rounded end of a spoon. Also, a rounded end of a malet works too. The fourwheelers and people came from Walmart they are roughly 4$ and that includes one man and one fourwheeler. I had a blast making this cake for him and everyone enjoyed eating it also.

Baby Shower

These are cupcakes that I did for my sisters baby shower for her son. They are chocolate cupcakes with a traditional butter cream frosting on the top.

The swirls and poka dots came to me while I was half done decorating the cakes. They are made with Wilton Decorators Icing.

Deans 22nd Birthday

My fiance is in the construction field for his 22nd birthday I decided that I was going to make him a construction cake. I new he would love all of the tonka trucks. The best part about this cake was that he was able to save the trucks and signs for his nephews to play with.
